Therefore I knew nothing about this sickening billboard until my daughter took a photo of it and texted it to me two days ago. Appalled and embarassed for Phoenix allowing the billboard to stay up !! We need to protest and have the Governor remove it NOW !! Bring it to a vote if need be !!
