Doesn’t go far enough if you can’t stay off of your phone or drive without doing makeup or brushing your teeth. Then you should lose your licence for up to a year or more

Yes it is good but not enough , I would like to see a 2 week suspension also a $1000.00 dollar fine , impound the vechile also and 5 demits on top . You have to hit them in the pocket book .
