ALR land is for producing food. Not homes. The average farmer in Canada is 77 years of age (real farmer) we need young peogle able to buy this land and produce food for the next generation.

Approximately 70% of vegetables to B.C. from California. Will the Americans allow B.C. to grow more produce.

ALR was meant for farming. Mega houses are not required for this purpose. It’s disgusting to see these houses consuming some of the best farm land in the country. This has become a real estate investment vehicle and not the intent of the ALR.

“Elected Officials” you and your predecessor’s have “FAILED” miserably in protecting the ALR from developers to immigrants who vagrantly flaunt the laws of the land! Disgusting!
