I hope it rains heavily on 4/20 and the participants are washed out! We don’t need this kind of unlawful activity in our neighbourhood. If the City can control over 500,000 participants attending the fireworks and enforce ‘no smoking’ in the parks and beaches, why is it so difficult to enforce the same bylaws being broken by 40,000 pot heads? The West End residents are fed up with the selective enforcement of bylaws simply because of the number of participants attending. The pot smoke wafts up from the beach forcing neighbouring residents to shut all windows & doors.

this is why there is such a backlash happening against pot smoking in public. It’s going to be legal but now there will be laws restricting its use This is what you wished for. Look for more regulations and restrictions. No one wants to put up with the stench and social problems
