    In Langley BC the condo developer resold all the units multiple times. 3 years later a judge ordered all the contracts mil and void. All the contracts had expired. Now the units we be sold at current prices and original purchasers will have first right to the condos at current market value. Buyer beware! Look it up Murrayville House Langley, BC

    The Canadian feds, big banks and media are the parties that drive the real estate market in Canada. Now these parties want us to believe that construction and its labour are now the reason for high costs. Canada's money lenders are behind the real estate propaganda these last few years and continue to be so today.
