I often find myself feeling outraged as I watch the news or read Facebook or Twitter

I look at all the news and social media posts without out any emotional responsible.

I do notice that my interest goes rapidly from one topic to another when I see the news or read social media.

I remember Selfie Guy and I was outraged then but now I can’t remember how outraged.

This article did a good job in putting descriptive words to emotions that I sometimes feel.

Sometimes I get sooooooo mad because of the news and social media that I want to follow Little Critter in running away.

Your article put titles / diagnoses to the psychological illness I was feeling. COS is something many are probably feeling in this Trump era.
