Seems funny that the NDP remove the port Mann toll (using transit to pay for transit), and then try to tax other sectors to pay for transit. We should toll all the bridges to pay for transit. Developers aren't just randomly building wherever they want, they get permission from the municipalities to build. Let's not discourage the construction industry right now, it's booming and there's lots of work for the taking.

Of course levy. Their way of "developing" isnt developing society or infrastructure, it is only cramming population into shoeboxes whilst overloading existing system.
