a. I am uncomfortable managing patients on home dialysis due to insufficient exposure during training.

b. My patients are reluctant to pursue home dialysis.

c. Financial reimbursement for the time and resources spent on home dialysis therapies are inadequate to support my practice.

d. There is a lack of randomized controlled trials to support the superiority of home dialysis modalities; therefore I do not need to make these therapies available in my practice.

e. Running a home dialysis center has been made too complicated and resource intensive by CMS (Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services).
