Amendment to membership section of the NAAPACFL bylaws:

Section 1 - Membership
a) Members of the NAAPAC FL Chapter must be U.S. citizens or U. S. Permanent Residents interested in advancing equality and justice for all Asian Americans or otherwise promoting political, social and economic equality for Asian Americans.

b) Only dues-paying Chapter Members in good standing are eligible to vote, or run for an elective office, or for appointment as Chapter officers.

c) Student Membership is available only to those pursuing an academic program on a fulltime basis. Student members are not eligible to vote or serve as Chapter officers.
