2010 NWFFL Participation Survey

We're changing some rules for the 2010 season to freshen things up. So before answering the questions below, take a moment to read over a thumbnail of the changes:

1. No Live Draft
This season the league will be conducting the draft entirely online -- we won't be meeting. Owners will need a computer, Internet access, will log into the ESPN NWFFL site and draft their team. The draft order will be determined by a filmed random process and posted on YouTube a couple of weeks prior to the draft. NOTE: Owners can automate their draft.

2. Team Defenses
Time to shake it up and nothing does that like introducing defenses. So, teams will be adding a defense to their draft day strategy. The exact points earned by a team defense is yet to be determined but it will be something along the lines of 1 point for interception, 1 point for fumble recovery, 6 points for a defensive touchdown, and a yet-to-be-determined bonus for holding an opponent to a small scoring total.

Which player draft date & time works for you? *

There is no live draft this season. The player draft will be held entirely online. Players will need a computer and Internet access to their ESPN NWFFL team to participate in the draft. The draft should last about two hours and is typically scheduled for late evening (minimum distractions).

Payment due before the player draft *

The franchise fee payment of $40 will be due on Tuesday, August 24. Payment can be sent by cash, check or via Paypal. If payment is not received by Tuesday, August 24, the owner will not be permitted to participate in the player draft. As usual, all franchise fees are non-refundable. The top four places will earn cash prizes (good change from last year).
