Birthing a new business into the world or rebranding an existing business is a transformative process that brings you up against some of your biggest fears and blocks. This questionnaire is purposely quirky and playful in an attempt to get you looking at things in new ways. The more senses you can involve in a project, the more alive it becomes. This process will help us to breathe life into your business, your baby. And when someone gives life to another, it creates an automatic bond and activates the parenting instinct that will drive that person to protect and nurture their creation.

Have fun with this form. Allow your analytical brain to drop off the face of the earth and take yourself into a space of utter willingness and playfulness. For every question, especially as you get further into the survey, allow yourself to go with the first instinctive response. No response is a "wrong" response; everything is valid and important. Every morsel of inspiration and creativity that you can cull up will support us in branding your business completely. Your willingness to be completely vulnerable and open to this process drives the energy of this creation process. The more willing you are and the more details you share, the more accurate my vision and my fulfillment of your vision will be.

This questionnaire contains thirty questions. It can take some time to complete it, depending on the extent of your willingness to play and get outside the box of the analytical brain. If you feel yourself getting frustrated or stuck, take a break, get a drink of water, move your body, breathe, and come back to it with new eyes.
