We are gathering information about Howard County Public School System(HCPSS) support to children and families. Please share with us information about your experiences (positive or negative) with staff members regarding support for you and your child. You may submit more than one form if you would like to share your experiences about more than one staff member or more than one child.

The purpose of this survey is to get feedback from the Community regarding the support they are receiving from HCPSS. Begin this survey with a specific Administrator or Staff Member in mind and tell us about your experiences, so we can share collective information from the Community with the HCPSS. Any personal information requested is merely to provide validity to the survey results. We will not share your individual details with HCPSS.
