We, the undersigned, call on all MPs and the incoming government to commit to the Third Sector in England's North West, and to translate that commitment into practical, meaningful action.


We call on you to:

1. Listen: by recognising the important contribution that the sector has made to individuals and communities, and acknowledging that we have a vital role to play in shaping and supporting services for the hardest to reach in society.


2. Value: by giving us a seat at the table and engaging us through all stages of policy development through to implementation. It is not good enough just to rely on us in a crisis.


3. Invest: by acknowledging the significant contribution our sector makes to the economy and to wider society, and giving us the tools to continue fulfilling our role.
