I work some years as web enginneer on small, medium and large project for italian company. Now I'm the founder and the CTO of ideato srl, the php italian company expert in web software development and agile methods. I like to develop with XP methods (TDD, Pair Programming, KISS,...). I introduce this practices in ideato with a lot of positive feeback for our software lifecycle process.
