Do you think IndyCar teams should hire more talent from the Road to Indy program?
Absolutely! The drivers race at many of the tracks where IndyCar races. The talent is right under their noses where they can observe them first-hand.
It would be nice if they did, but it should never ever be a requirement that they do it.
No. The Road to Indy is a joke compared to the European ladder system. Newgarden learned his trade over there, before he came back home and kicked butt in Indy Lights for a year.
