Fairfax should resign first (he is the only one at risk for impeachment. Then he would be replaced by someone chosen by the governor (I would probably go with Mamie Locke as she is one of the higher ranking leaders in the Senate). Then the governor can resign, letting his selected lt. gov. take the office and place a new person in the lt. gov. seat. Finally the AG should resign, and the new gov. could then replace the AG. Get them all out, but in a manner that doesn't screw the people that voted for them.
