Give Phillips more playing time. The only reason his statistics are seemingly low is due to the lack of not being given the opportunity to play. If teams utilized him enough they would begin to be cognizant of how invaluable he is. Phillips has an attitude that if you place him in any position, even if he has never played it before, he would learn the plays and, chances are, he would be one of the greatest in that position.
