Anky, a day-dreaming Ankylosaurus, loves the idea of being great at baseball. He tries his best--thwack, kerboom, thwad--but gets in his own way and never seems to measure up to his speedy and precise teammates. When Anky realizes his individual gifts--armored plates and club tail--are valuable assets in the game, he finally connects with the sport and becomes a true baseball-a-saurus.

Anky, a boisterous Ankylosaurus, is determined to be part of the baseball team, but his armored body plates and clunky tail create havoc. After numerous disasters, and many disappointments, Anky changes tactics and discovers he is unique in his own way. This is a story of being different, persistence, determination and believing in oneself.

Anky loves to play baseball, but with a clunky tail and armored-plates, he wonders if he has what it takes to stay in the game. When Coach suggests baseball isn’t for everyone, Anky takes on the challenge of finding his own unique style. With practice, patience, and a can-do attitude, Anky discovers a baseball-a-saurus comes in all shapes and sizes.
