I think all the coaches need to be under the spotlight, they need to prove their selves this year, I am not a Tomlin fan, he won a super bowl with Cowhers boys, needs to coach better and let the coaches coach.
He is a micro manager, time for Ben to show his worth with his dingleberries, and see what he can do. Hang em up and let Rudolph take the reigns. He needs to stop throwing to the other team, hit his receivers!

Keith taking on more work coaching linebackers leaves less time to develope the vision for each opponent, which seems he is a little slow. Real time adjustments needed will be hindered with more concentration on backers. Just my opinion,
