As a Calgary native, I vote for Calgary, although the erratic weather there now is arguably worse than Ottawa's. Apart from weather, I hope this would eliminate western alienation once and for all. Trudeau bought the @#$%$^&*()_+ pipeline. What more could Albertans want??? Maybe the capital!
