You missed one of the best tenderloins in the area at Gunchies in West Davenport. And definitely the best pizza!!!

If your looking for the best tenderloin around, Spoonies in London Mills, Il is the best, hands down!! Affordable dining with a pleasant, clean atmosphere.

We love the grilled tenderloins at the "O" Kitchen in Orion. Their grilled tenderloin is one of the best around!

My vote (for best charcoal grilled tende loin) goes to Ducky's Lagoon, Andalusia, Il. Second best for charcoal grilled tenderloin goes to Eleventh Strreet Precinct, Village of East Davenport. For best breaded pork tenderloin, my vote goes to Ross's Restaurant, Bettendorf, Is.

Stouts Pub in Clinton Iowa is huge but without it getting dried out or overcooked. The guy who owns it , his mom is the woman behind Kramers salsa. They also serve the Frontier fish, using the Frontiers ( RIP) old recipe, I have never had a bad meal there.
I will definitely check out some of the suggestions on here.

The Edge in Rapids City need to be included as well as Doc's Inn in Silvis!

Rooster's in Rock Island is fantastic. Hand pounded in house. We've been back three times and all were great.

The Barn or Gord's in Atkinson Ill...they are the same place....there nothing better than traven food...this bar and grill should have been in the list...I hope you try it out sometime.. What even better is thier PIZZA.. thank you and please come to Atkinson or as I call it Mayberry..
