After last nights episode it is safe to say that the experts clearly did not put in enough thought and work into matching these couples. Unfortunately, I believe only Deonna and Greg will be able to continue together, hopefully Iris and Keith as well. In terms of Amber and Matt, he is a total bachelor that knows aaaalll the right things to say on camera but a player off. My heart goes out to Amber, I personally don't believe she's too clingy, I just feel Matt is not a husband and she wanted to make it work so bad that she came off like this. Beth and Jamie are just toxic, and should not have to continue to be together because the things they put each other through have been deal breakers since the first big fight.

I think Jamie and Beth need some serious counselling if they want this to last. I realize I have only seen clips but if this is the way they act on camera, I would say he wants it more than she does. Both are terrible communicators. Jamie appears to be abusive. Like he sets her up to react and she falls right in. Beth is very self centered and is more reactionary than someone that is responsive. beth is used to getting what she wants but deals with conflict emotionally rather than facturally. I have hear Jamie say I love her more than once but people who love another dont pick at their vulnerabilities. If these two stay married, it wont last unless they get someone help them be assertive, supportive, better communicators and more understanding of each other. I think Matt and Amy are also doomed. Matt has no clue and Amy wants it to bad to make a good decision. Keith and Iris.. I think he might have a lot of work ahead breaking through her virginity issues. I question that her sexual maturity will not continue to be big issue. I dont give them much hope in working. As for the last couple, I think they have a good chance.

I think Iris is waiting to see if they stay together before having sex. What if she has sex with Keith and they separate. If they both say stay together I think it will happen that night. I think Amber is right with suspicious thoughts why isn't he staying home more, why is he taking off his ring, you can't hang out with your buddies and crash at one of their places like you are a single guy you have a wife, how would he like it if Amber did it. Iris is completely out of touch with how Keith is experiencing her, especially that “secret” (WTF?). She’s full of artifice and utterly guarded. It’s couched in these child-like behaviors that she thinks people will perceive as innocent or pure, but instead it’s a mess. That she thinks a woman should be valued for not having intercourse is so gross. Like insulting. What if you were raped as a little girl? No special gift to give? The whole concept is demeaning. And she is sexually experienced, has engaged in oral— she just acts like she hasn’t. I predict Keith will leave her because she truly has issues regarding intimacy (and I don’t mean just sex). I hope these individuals do not feel pressured to re-commit, but since I don’t know of any contractual issues, I will say that the men (except Greg) seemed to appear highly uncertain, but said yes anyway. Just sayin’. Deonna and Greg are still the ones I think have the best chance. Greg’s opening up about his childhood seemed to have an effect on Deonna. Hope this will help her to open up more. I will reiterate: Beth and Jamie do NOT belong together. He seems to be a bit mesmerized by her quirkiness; however, how long will this volley last? Also, he has already called her a ‘name.’ Wow. Elizabeth needs lots of help. She brings chaos to a situation that could work well with a guy like Jamie. He will get tired of the see-saw emotional merry-go-round, I think. Their relationship is extremely volatile, and this will work against them for sure. Elizabeth seems selfish and doesn’t choose her words lovingly. She will push Jamie to lash out too.
Amber just seems way too desperate to make things work, and Matt...I can’t tell yet. They don’t seem to match, even though tonight at the month’s anniversary, Matt seemed to care. Ambers speech seems ‘scripted’ at times. Matt should have applied to this program at a later date when he is more stable.

Elizabeth and Jamie will not make it, it does seems Jamie got married to have sex all the time because nobody else wants to. Iris just seems to be to immature for Greg. Deonna and Greg have the best chance of all of the couples. Both are mature, stable adults. Deonna hasn’t been in a relationship in 10 years, so it is taking her some time to warm up, but Jamie Otis wasn’t attracted to Doug and would tell him not to touch her initially and they are very happily married 5 years later. Each week that goes by Deonna’s walls are coming down and her trust is coming up. Greg is patient and a good guy, but I think he has some control issues we haven’t seen yet, because he’s been working so hard to win her over. They are my favorite couple so far.
Iris and Keith - she needs to realize that some things that she was used to as an only child just won’t work in a marriage. If Keith can be patient with her during her process, I believe they can make it work. The virginity is a non-issue because again there are couples who have been previously sexually active and choose to delay sex during this experiment, again I point to Jamie Otis - they went the entire show with no sex because she had trust issues.
Matt & Amber - I just don’t think Matt was truly ready for marriage. I think he thought he was, but he wasn’t. I feel bad for Amber.
Jamie & Elizabeth - such a volatile relationship, they have to learn how to communicate and fight fair. If they do this, they can make it. For now, I’m concerned it will not last.

Deonna & Greg seem to have the best chance at success. The other couples could benefit from counseling. I like Jamie but was disappointed at his reaction when questioned by Elizabeth about his parents' divorce. He is an adult and should be able to communicate his feelings without being upset, especially since the divorce took place years ago. He set their blow up in motion with his reaction to the questions. His wife has a right to get to know ALL about him and vice versa. But her reaction to him was unbelievably immature. Maybe they both should have worked on their own personal issues before seeking marriage. Whether Amber & Matt make it or not, she will eventually find herself alone if she does not start thinkly logiclly - - having children in your mid-thirties is far from old. Slow down girl!

I know one thing, Jamie and Elizabeth will definitely not make it. Elizabeth is childish and weird. Her daddy has ruined her for any man. Poor Jamie. He's handsome, patient, and normal and deserves a good woman.
Iris and Keith are my favorite couple and I hope they make it. The only obstacle is if Iris makes her virginity an obstacle. I understand her virginity is very important to her and it should be, but she can't let it get between her and Keith. She can still be affectionate with her husband.

I think Amber and Matt have the best chance of any couple to make it. Amber is absolutely not going to give up on him. Matt has not been able to have a relationship for all the years he's been a traveling basketball player, so he's really just a little overwhelmed that, so suddenly, quickly and effortlessly, now he has someone so dedicated and devoted to him who really wants a solid marriage. I think that's what he wants too, and once he realizes this dream could be true, he will settle into another career and they will fall madly deeply in love and make many children who are medium sized. :-)

Thank God Jamie has a true sense of self and is a mature man who seems to be at best just amused by Beth's moody diva antics...at this point anyway. It sure won't be novel or fun for a lifetime! Iris is a delusional, spoiled brat and will push Kieth away. Elizabeth and Jamie have too many protruding pathologies. Matt wants to sprint from way too needy Amber and Deonna had better warm up soon (with all of her rules in tact or not) with her match. It is all cringeworthy. Each thinks he or she is a “super catch” and thinks that it all should be a fairy tale process. But why do we watch? Basically, we need and are “entertained” by watching men and women act out their weaknesses in ways more horrific and embarrassing than we do. Sad, but the nature of TV and our culture writ large.

She does not see that she causes most of the drama that’s in the marriage, but blames EVERYTHING on Jamie! I can’t stand a person would doesn’t own up to their own part in a problem. She will never grow or find love if she doesn’t change.
Elizabeth needs lots of help. She brings chaos to a situation that could work well with a guy like Jamie. He will get tired of the see-saw emotional merry-go-round, I think. Their relationship is extremely volatile, and this will work against them for sure. Elizabeth seems selfish and doesn’t choose her words lovingly. She will push Jamie to lash out too.
Amber just seems way too desperate to make things work, and Matt...I can’t tell yet. They don’t seem to match, even though tonight at the month’s anniversary, Matt seemed to care. Ambers speech seems ‘scripted’ at times. Matt should have applied to this program at a later date when he is more stable.
Iris needs to stop!!! She & Keith were my favorite couple at first, but I have never heard ‘virginity’ used so much in my life from a 27-year old woman who now admits she has participated in oral sex... WHAT??? She exudes sexiness via her dress, her talk, her positive and family- oriented forecasting of the future, teases, but...there’s a problem somewhere. ...There’s onions, celery potatoes, meat...but not soup yet.
OK. At first, I thought Deonna and Greg would not make it due to Deonna’s cold demeanor. Now, I feel they have shown the MOST growth, and I feel they have the BEST chance of making it work for real. I hope they can move forward, now that Deonna is showing more of herself. She seems to be more genuinely loving in public than in private (when friends are around/ at the bowling alley, etc.). Greg is mature and patient, and he deserves someone real. Come on up, Deonna...you’re getting there!
I enjoy the show and always hope they take the matching and guidance seriously. My favorite couple are Matt and Amber. I want to see him loving her.
I think Deonna and Greg are doing it the right way communicating with each other. Elizabeth and Jamie will not make it, it does seems Jamie got married to have sex all the time because nobody else wants to. Iris just seems to be to immature for Greg. The experts should not have put those 2 together. To tell the truth they shouldn't have pick her. Matt is messing around and don't want to be married for real.
Deonna and Greg have the best chance of all of the couples. Both are mature, stable adults. Deonna hasn’t been in a relationship in 10 years, so it is taking her some time to warm up, but Jamie Otis wasn’t attracted to Doug and would tell him not to touch her initially and they are very happily married 5 years later. Each week that goes by Deonna’s walls are coming down and her trust is coming up. Greg is patient and a good guy, but I think he has some control issues we haven’t seen yet, because he’s been working so hard to win her over. They are my favorite couple so far.
Iris and Keith - she needs to realize that some things that she was used to as an only child just won’t work in a marriage. If Keith can be patient with her during her process, I believe they can make it work. The virginity is a non-issue because again there are couples who have been previously sexually active and choose to delay sex during this experiment, again I point to Jamie Otis - they went the entire show with no sex because she had trust issues.
Matt & Amber - I just don’t think Matt was truly ready for marriage. I think he thought he was, but he wasn’t. I feel bad for Amber.
Jamie & Elizabeth - such a volatile relationship, they have to learn how to communicate and fight fair. If they do this, they can make it. For now, I’m concerned it will not last.
I like the slow and study of Deonna & Greg .
Deonna & Greg seem to have the best chance at success. The other couples could benefit from counseling. I like Jamie but was disappointed at his reaction when questioned by Elizabeth about his parents' divorce. He is an adult and should be able to communicate his feelings without being upset, especially since the divorce took place years ago. He set their blow up in motion with his reaction to the questions. His wife has a right to get to know ALL about him and vice versa. But her reaction to him was unbelievably immature. Maybe they both should have worked on their own personal issues before seeking marriage. Whether Amber & Matt make it or not, she will eventually find herself alone if she does not start thinkly logiclly - - having children in your mid-thirties is far from old. Slow down girl!

Jamie is a nice guy and a good catch. Elizabeth is a loose cannon who’s impossible to please. He deserves much better.
I know one thing, Jamie and Elizabeth will definitely not make it. Elizabeth is childish and weird. Her daddy has ruined her for any man. Poor Jamie. He's handsome, patient, and normal and deserves a good woman.
Iris and Keith are my favorite couple and I hope they make it. The only obstacle is if Iris makes her virginity an obstacle. I understand her virginity is very important to her and it should be, but she can't let it get between her and Keith. She can still be affectionate with her husband.
I like Deonna and Greg and I'm on the fence about them. They can definitely make it, if Deonna lets her guard down and Greg into her 10 year one woman show. Greg seems like an awesome guy and she should let him compliment her as much as he wants.
I want Amber and Matt to make it. I really like Amber and want her to find her soulmate, but I think Matt is going to ruin it. His lack of putting down roots and family connections is going to put a wedge in their relationship. I don't think he will take it seriously until it's too late.

I think Amber and Matt have the best chance of any couple to make it. Amber is absolutely not going to give up on him. Matt has not been able to have a relationship for all the years he's been a traveling basketball player, so he's really just a little overwhelmed that, so suddenly, quickly and effortlessly, now he has someone so dedicated and devoted to him who really wants a solid marriage. I think that's what he wants too, and once he realizes this dream could be true, he will settle into another career and they will fall madly deeply in love and make many children who are medium sized. :-)
Elizabeth is going to ruin it for her and Jamie. She has been impossibly spoiled and enabled by her father, and is a deeply selfish diva whose world revolves only around herself and all that the world owes her. She won't be ever able to truly love Jamie unless he becomes some sniffling, adoring doormat like her dad. Thank God Jamie has a true sense of self and is a mature man who seems to be at best just amused by Beth's moody diva antics...at this point anyway. It sure won't be novel or fun for a lifetime! I like everything about Jamie, as he handles himself and shares his feelings perfectly...and I love-love-love his super neat home! (My kinda guy!) Doesn't he look like a much more handsome version of Jerry Seinfeld?
I agree that Iris is waaaaaaay too stuck on her virginity kick. Enuf already...we're all bored with it. She can't be even warm or cozy physically, it seems, and her husband Keith is being so patient that each day takes sex off the table even further. He should give her a 1-hour massage with lots of kisses and see if she'd melt into a real woman who actually wants a man. If not, move on and find someone who is crazy about him in all ways, not just a chipper buddy/pal to be perky for the cameras.
Deonna and Greg won't make it because Deonna is not being her real self; she is fake and always just acting a role. She is so guarded from being partner-less for so long that her emotional, feeling self is deeply buried. All flip remarks and cartoonish facial expressions. Even her eyes look dead inside. If you notice, she ONLY has decent or nice things to say to the camera...NEVER personally to Greg himself. The guy would melt for a kind word, thoughtful deed or soft touch. Greg seems like an awesome, open, true, mature person very able and needing to share his emotions with her, but is getting totally gypped by her inability to give or share. He should move on to someone much more deserving of his wonderful gifts.

Iris is a delusional, spoiled brat and will push Kieth away. Elizabeth and Jamie have too many protruding pathologies. Matt wants to sprint from way too needy Amber and Deonna had better warm up soon (with all of her rules in tact or not) with her match. It is all cringeworthy. Each thinks he or she is a “super catch” and thinks that it all should be a fairy tale process. But why do we watch? Basically, we need and are “entertained” by watching men and women act out their weaknesses in ways more horrific and embarrassing than we do. Sad, but the nature of TV and our culture writ large.
