Dan, I would not trust the percentages because I think the percentage calculations assume voting for one and only one thing. That doesn't match the nature of this poll.

My only comment is on the final question. The answer to which will depend on what is in the terms of the license re challenge etc. And how credible the student is.....

Depressing that only 26% of lawyers (as at the point I responded to this quiz) would say no to the payment of a suspected bribe. What are these lawyers doing? Companies hire lawyers in part to keep their moral compass on track. No one else is in a better position to do this - it's also clearly a criminal matter for anyone in a company to permit the payment of a bribe (e.g. then becoming part of a conspiracy / act to bribe someone in permitting it to go ahead when you have a right of veto).
