I say no, only because this guy has not played in any football for 3 years now. How can you expect him to come in and be ready to play in a live NFL game? His tape did not show anything, everyone please remember that he was about to be benched when he started to kneel. I think that his reasoning for taking a knee has been lost and should not be a reason he is not in the league. But I will say this, he took a knee for oppression and let us not forget him wearing a Castro T-shirt while in Miami.

If you are Black in America and you peacefully protest, "Patriotic" football fans will not tolerate you as their Quarterback. If you are White in America and mock and degrade POWs, these same fans will elect you President.

Shut up. African Americans are, have been, and always will be oppressed and this man demonstrated this by peacefully kneeling. If you jump ship now I’m glad!!! He talented enough to stand in for Stafford and they should 100% do it. If not I might jump ship. It’s a game and you only play a game if you think you got a shot of winning. Back to back NFC West Champ, NFC Champ, and the man but on a show in the Super Bowl. Sign hm now!!!

All he did was kneel during the national anthem. He didn’t spit on the flag or burn it. My grandfather and my son served to protect this country. They both said they did so people like CK could continue to protest in a peaceful manner. As for the Lions, we have no backup. If CK can help, than I welcome him.

If he can perform well, then sign him. It's not like he hit another player over the head with a helmet. It's not like he tried to get a foreign leader to do a fake investigation of his political rival. Some of the negative comments sound like right wing racism to this white military veteran Lions fan of the last 60 years.

THE ONLY WAY YOU GOT A YES VOTE IS BECAUSE YOU SPLIT THE NO IN TWO DIFFERENT CATEGORIES!

Been a Detroit fan my entire life. If they sign CK, myself and I’m sure thousands of other people would never support them ever again. He should never come back to the NFL. Disgrace.

It's just another desperate move by detriot. Seasons over, if they sign kap, thier not going to make the playoffs, there is no benefit only negative energy that comes with him. That's a hard no

Hell no. I am a 52 year supporter of the Lions. If they sign this illiterate ghetto lowlife traitor I will never support the Lions again in my lifetime. So sick of the sports media communist left that support this POS as well.

Kaepernick is basically Mike McMahon who was lucky enough to break in with a playoff team.
