With subtle nods to both girl power and the beauty of bird songs, this lyrical story brings light to another important but historically overlooked woman.

As a musical prodigy, Amy struggles to use her God given abilities. Despite her parent’s efforts to hold her back, they can’t stifle Amy‘s talents. By age five, she is tested and found to have perfect pitch. At age ten, her rare gift helps a professor. Amy identifies the bird’s musical notes, the airs of birds, which is beneficial for the Ornithological Society.
