I think we all have to remember that ep 20wasnt supposed to be the season finale. 23 episodes were meant to be filmed for season 8 but covid19 happened and ceased filming. Of course it wasn't a season end cliffhanger be because ep 20 wasn't meant to be one!!

i understand the ending we got. it didn't seem like a season finale because they didn't finish filming because of coronavirus and we were warned about that and that's completely understandable. i just hope we end up either
a. getting a run down of what was meant to happen
or
b. they add it into the season premiers

Chicago Med , Chicago Fire and Chicago PD are my favorite shows ! Hated to see Emily Foster leave
. I thought her character was a good fit for Britts partner. I would also like to see Britt and Capt. Casey hook up. The writers for the shows are doing an excellent job !!!

I thought season finales were cliffhangers. This lacked the "cant wait for the return season". Previous finales were FIRE related. This was a soap opera ending. Sorry guys. I may not rush for the return. I liked earlier seasons with firefighters and stories. Now it's paramedics with drama. I miss firehouse stories.
