I have to stand up for myself in the position that I am in mainly because I know my self worth. There have been too many times when I rolled over and all it got me was stress and headaches. It irks my soul that so many assholes with low self esteem have to pick on other people, but I have to fight my battles when I feel that my work knowledge is being questioned on a project. Whew.......I felt that in my soul for a second.
