They shouldn't. He got his celebration with his brother Bobby, in 2018.
He should be celebrated when the Indianapolis 500 runs in August, no matter how downplayed it will be due to the current circumstances.
They should do a full-blown celebration next May, when it can done right and to celebrate his 1971 win.
