I liked it.. My husband and oldest daughter didnt like it, my 15 year old daught liked it and knew in the 3rd episode that Merlin was her father. I hope Season 2 , brings her and the crying monk together, I didnt really like her and Arthur together after he stole the sword from her.

Filming a little sloppy in some scenes. Many of the battle scenes were not done really well. Merlin character sort of flat throughout movie. Was really hoping for a much better movie. A B-Movie at best.

Not following the true story or characters according to mythology, Merlin to be betrayed as weak when in no way that was true. At end it shows he is coming back. But Arthur was actually a King and Morgana was yes his sister(step). Lancelot was never fae etc. just taking a different twist on the story which is fine just not accurate.
Season 1 was okay, hoping Season 2 is ALOT better.
