How would you describe Joe Heitzler's short stint as CART CEO?
It was awful. He was the worst ever. He was the reason CART went under.
He had a lot of issues, but many of them he inherited.
He wasn't near as bad as everyone claims. I actually thought he did a pretty good job under the circumstances.
I never heard of Joe Heitzler.
