I mean I personally think its fine to hire white women. Some of the niceset ppl I know are white. I do however think it becomes an issue ....for them not for me of course....when White women don't know when they're just diversity hires. They get too comfortable. Next thing you know they want you to hire the whole family. They gotta get it thru their heads! This is a job not the local starbucks, Susan.
