For me, the Kylie Jenner smoke was mostly because she is surrounded by people that have money. This person is like a key member to her time. Why are we even crowd sourcing "the poors" to get this. It's like I have a box of chocolates my kid is fund raising for. I could set up shop outside the grocery, I could bring it to work or I could ask 10 family members to spend a dollar.
