So, if Chuuk will indeed become an independent nation but not an ally of U.S.,
which currency (money) will we use?
I don't think Chuuk is ready because I am not ready. Don't say Chuuk is ready because not every citizens of Chuuk are ready. Just say that the Chuuk Future Political Commission Commissioners are ready to collect all the money for themselves. Yes, since you guys are so worried about collecting all the money and hold em in your hands with no restrictions from U.S. Gov't or FSM.
If the Independence is pass by voters and then members of the Political Commission couldn't make it to 2023, who will carry on their work/plan?

planning to become an independent nation is not an easy thing because all 3 fsm nation are not ready. REMEMBER, TWO IS BETTER THAN ONE!?!?

We, Chuukese, here and abroad are too smart, too educated, too intelligent, too caring, too concerned to vote "Yes" to the idea of seceding from the Federation at the moment. My personal view of the fact that CPSC traveled abroad to educate their citizens about the notion was nothing more than just another luxury travel for the CPSC members in the name of Chuuk. Why didn't they travel to all our rural munispalities and I mean all our munispalities? Was it cuz they didn't get more money that way or they just didn't wanna travel by boat? My personal suggestion to CPSC members is that, if they are seriously think that this is the right course at the right time for Chuuk, I respectfully ask them to educate themselves first before reaching out to educate others. Education about this notion should first start with them, follow by each of them going to their own respective families, clands, villages, islands, or regions before even pondering about flying abroad. Many commented on how unprepared they were in their meetings with fellow citizens abroad. I said they were very unprofessional as well, showing the true meaning of dirty politics or should I say "Chuukei chok". So to all of us Chuukese, if you're concern, whether you are for or against, let it be our mission to reach out and tell our ppl everything we know about this idea and let them decide.
