What is your perspective on the New Testament expectation and preaching of the Kingdom of God?

A future reality promised in the Old Testament (kingdom of Messiah) and witnessed to in signs today that communicate to the age to come ("powers of the age to come" Heb. 6:5)

A present reality expressed in manifestations of another realm (bringing heaven to earth) brought to fullness when the 2 realms are joined

The two phrases are separate. The Kingdom of Heaven is a physical, literal kingdom promised to the Jews. It is the covenant God made with Abraham. The Kingdom of God is a spiritual kingdom for the Gentiles, i.e. Christians in the church age. Dr. Peter S. Ruckman's "Sure Word of Prophecy" sermon is a great resource for information on this.
