Howard Stern or Quintin Terrantino. Those are the guys they should be looking at. Both men are very knowledgeable about music, and neither of them take a persons "feelings" into account first before the performances. I think both would be a great addition if Simon is truly leaving and this is not just a season 10 ratings ploy.

I enjoy Simon to bad he is leaving, and I really like Idol, But I will never watch Idol again if H.S. is the replacement, ABSOLUTELY NO CLASS, I can not even say his name without getting sick, he completely humiliates almost everyone he comes in contact with, just a sorry degenerate.

howard is more funny and more real the show is about real singing if u can sing howard will say so.listen to his show before u dis him.

Simon is American Idol. Howard Stern is a shock jock that used obscene language to be famous. only kooks like him enjoy this. i would not watch it if he is on it. please think you decision on this, he is not right for the show. He is a joke.
When Simon goes Idol is done!!!!!! and definitely done if howard stern comes on. I'd never watch it after Simon goes but surely not if howard stern comes on..........and what does Ellen offer??????????????????? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
