If you were OPM Director John Berry, what decision would you make about DC's operating status for TUESDAY?

the only thing is for people who don't have to move from home, is so ease to decide open DC goverment, because they don't have to drive or park anyway, but people who has to deal with all the inconvenience, it's a pain.... thas the real life. CEO's Manager, etc... they don't care, they can do their jobs from home.

Here in Martinsburg, W.Va., it started snowing briskly about 1:30 p.m. The NOAA forecast for today is 1-3 inches, with 1-2 more inches tonight. That means 2-5 inches by Tuesday commute time. Martinsburg has only two major streets with snow removed curb-to-curb. MARC will have full service tomorrow, but our MARC station has only 30-40 metered parking spaces cleared, & there are a couple hundred MARC passengers at Martinsburg. The streets around/leading to the MARC station have ZERO cleared parking. If we MARC customers drive instead, we're 80 miles from DC via 2-lane state highways until Leesburg, & 94 miles via Interstate. If/when we got to D.C., where would you suggest that we park?
