from my window the flour mill is to my left but there are gaps where I still have a view I will lose this with a solid structure and am concerned about the height of the chimney.....will it really stop polution ?Also the increased traffic is a BIG concern as over the last 10 years with increased housing and shopping complexes the vibration is such that at times my bed actually shakes which being a night worker and in bed during the day ,I am very aware of.and fear the damage this is doing to the stucture of the tenement flat I live in
