Our better beer warehouses her in PA supply a fantasic array of brews from all around the world. As an avid homebrewer, I have tried most of them. I can say, in my humble opinion, the PA beers are at the top with NY running a close 2nd.
I'm from PA. I'm giving support to my home state. Us hillbillys know what's up when it comes to good beer. I now live in MD. really close to the DE. border. They aint got shit on good ol' PA. In more ways than just beer. Although right now I have Brooklyn Chocolate Stout in the fridge.
Victory got my vote for PA. Love to be loyal to NY but nothing really cuts it. West coast beers are consistently good, but I have to be loyal to the east coast especially when hop devil, hop wallop, and prima pils get weighed in. Nice job on the 2xIPA southern tier, but its no Victory : )

Victory, Sly Fox, Yards etc etc.
Between Penn Brewery, Victory and Yards, PA is hard to beat.
