I am opposed to the introduction of playing voicemail directly in the show for two reasons:
1. There is a massive audio quality drop with large differences in sound quality between callers.
2. Not all people have good diction even if they do have valid points to make or questions to ask.
My preference would be that the host responds to these in the same way as email questions etc. By way of a summarised question then their response. This solves both of the above issues.
