First of all, get your facts straight, the daughter who does not want a poly lifestyle is not Meri's daughter, it is Janelle's daughter. And if you REALLY watched the show you would know answers to your questions. Some of the parents have been raised in fear that one day their parents would go to jail, the idea behind the show was to EDUCATE the public that not all poly families are out to marry children and such. And hope that while educating the public, maybe have it noticed that this law could be reevaluated and possibly change so the children of this lifestyle don't have to worry that their parents might go to jail for living thier religious views. As far as the children being able to live the culture as the majority do, I think they are more prepared to live ANY culture better than alot of kids, because of having more values and constants in thier lives. It's nice to see families taking responsibilities for their kids, instead of jumping at the first chance to hand them off to someone else as so many parents would do. Too bad we don't have more families like the Browns.
BTW... Madison, I love the view you had on the show last night, if a man has a mistress, the 'guys' all say way to go bro, but if you are a guy who actually wants to care for any woman and kids in your life, then you are a bad guy. Maybe you should run for politics!
