Re "Rolling Coverage": Are they suggesting that at other times they have "Static Coverage", which implies a single, motionless image and a bunch of static noise? (which is actually pretty accurate)

Although I'm sure seeing a frog riding a snake would be thoroughly amusing, I must say that the most important part of the news coverage would be the outright statistics.
