i liked the Stern interview, he seemed almost human. i liked Osteens, also, and wonder why no one ever wonders like is it ok to buy a baby as long as you don't steal it and/or bring it back.

Am so pleased you can download Piers as a podcast. Ricky Gervais is just so funny. Am pleased to see Piers asking slightly tougher questions than Larry King.

Piers and the rest of the CNN producers of the show...
PLEASE PIERS...STOP, PLEASE STOP interrupting your guests when you ask them a question!
You are so annoying and rude!! It's embarrassing to watch your show when you do this...you make it unwatchable.
Piers, get some help in breaking this terrible habit.
In my opinion CNN producers...you picked the wrong guy.

Piers is a great host. I like his out-spokenness although he could tone down being so smug. I did not like his style of interviewing with Condoleezza Rice. She did not have time to answer questions before moving on to another question. It was like she was on the witness stand being interrogated. She handled herself with class and dignity.
The Howard Stern interview was too lose--he took charge and thought of himself as being very clever.
Very much enjoyed Oprah, the Clooney(s) and Ricky Gervais interviews. Last night's interview with Joel and Victoria Osteen was also enjoyable.

Piers has got to stop interrupting his interviewee and get rid of that stupid chuckle. Questions should be very short and let the guest open up and talk, talk, talk.
Too many times, he stops the guest in the middle to suggest his own answers...
If this stops, he could be good, otherwise he's a gonner

i thought Piers was overconfident and very rude. He interrupted his guests all the time . He wants all the attention on him! As an interviewer that is a very bad habit................
Howard Stern was great. To bad Piers was so hostile against Howard.

Leslie sounds like a real yawn. Much like Piers himself. The only good thing about this frog's show was H-O-W-A-R-D
BABA BOOEY BABA BOOEY HOWARD STERN'S PENIS!

I like Oprah but Morgan lost a great deal of credibility when he continually tried to get on her good side throughout the interview. It was as if he was a star-gazed fan. The end result was very disappointing considering all the hype.

i agree with JJ up there in the comments " Piers wants to be both the asker and answerer. Piers is interruptive (especially during Condoleezza Rice's appearance)," and its annoying let them answer the questions and stay on a topic for more then 2 seconds you ask them one thing and halfway through there answer you ask them something else. Now i dont know if your excited or want to get the most array of info from your guest but it doesn't read well. On the other hand i think it was your first week and it takes some time to get the hang of it just dont let it take too long, Piers you have worlds of potential good luck Piers drill those interview eees!! =)

It was a toss up between Ricky Gervais and Howard Stern but I chose the Gervais interview due to the natural camaraderie you appeared to have. I love the Gervais humour .....glad it's not directed at me though!!!! I'm sure I could take it however!!!

Go Piers, as a fellow Brit I think your doing a great job. Oprah must've been one tough cookie to interview and you did a great job with Ricky. Your flying the flag well for us. Be yourself more though. That loose Piers banter of saying whatever comes to mind is what makes you. Don't overthink it. Looking foward to Kim K's interview
The First Week was very Good.
My favorite Tonight was with C. Rice

Here we go! The report card after one week Piers Morgan Tonight and format.
for the most part Piers wants to be both the asker and answerer. Piers is interruptive (especially during Condoleezza Rice's appearance), Piers is unintelligible-slurs-slurs and yes,
"Boring" Months of hype about Piers and now we ask: "Where is the Beef"...????

This guy is doing a great Job. He is a good replacement for Larry. Piers is the best

You have lost me as a long-time viewer with the interview of Howard Stern. Piers stinks! I wish you could find a class act like Larry King to replace him. Piers, go home!
