I believe nothing can help me

I don't need help. I can get through this on my own.

Scared of hospitalization

Others judging me

I don't want to take medicine

My belief that my kids will get taken away if I admit to depression, anxiety or intrusive thoughts

Love this poll! what a great idea.
This was my answer:
Nothing! I reach for all the help I can get.
would you consider adding this as one of the options?
I think it would be nice to figure out how many women are willing an able to do that.
And it also might plant that seed for women who are not quite there yet.
Just a thought of course, this is already awesome as is...
