There is such a thing as 'encouraging'. Not commanding. Encouraging. If you don't think healthy eating is important, fine. Be fat. Be unhealthy. But don't bash the First Lady for telling the truth. America's kids are dying from the fat that is forced down their throats, and Michelle Obama suggests (what any good parent will tell you) that people should feed their kids more healthily instead of a constant diet of junk food, fizzy drinks and other manufactured crap. And for that, she gets attacked. Typical. No wonder America is so unhappy. America is it's own worst enemy. If you honestly believe a First Lady is wrong for saying that kids ought to excercise and eat healthy, I feel sorry for you. And who cares what the First Lady eats? Firstly, she looks perfectly healthy and she is not at all overweight. Secondly, what does it have to do with her message? You're ignoring the message to attack the messanger. Talk about cutting of your nose to spite your face. I whole-heartedly support the First Lady's efforts, and think the attacks against her by individuals such as Mr Limbaugh are low blows at best.

Should Barbara Bush not encouraged America's Kids to Read? So sad these non-thinking Rush Followers can't understand the difference between suggestions from the Michelle Obama and any other First Lady and Federal Regulations.
She isn't a hypocrite, Everone on a diet or a meal regime, has opportunities to divert as long as you get back on plan.

Rush needs to know it's not WHAT you eat it's How Much you eat. And I'm quite certain the first lady is at her normal healthy weight, not under weight like most SI Swimsuit models are. Not everything is political people!

It is a sad reality that the poll was not taken in a "real" logical context and asked instead: Do you think any grown --- man should be implying anything about a womans weight. All he said is that if she was going to pursue setting standards on what we all eat then she needs to follow through and live to the standards she is preaching to everyone else. One other point I need to make... when was the last time you blasted the national news media for their attacks on Sarah Palin, or Michelle Bachman??? These two ladies take hits from liberals like you on a daily basis and I have yet to hear you call any of these out? Until you do, SHUT UP!!!
