Do you think the Brown family adults were selfish?

I strongly believe that it is no ones business how the Browns live their own lives and it's non of our business to set any judgement against them. I have been watching their show and have grown to really like them. Polygamy for me is not the way to go but I can tell you that these good people are brave and intelligent. They have their own lives more secure than many family's I have known. And yes I know them only from their show but I see nothing other then a family who wants to live their own life the way they have chosen, NOT from others. Who is anyone to say how someone else is supposed to live their own lives? No one gives ME that authorit.y Look at the speck in your own eye before you judge another. God bless This family and I pray that everyone leave them to the choices they have made for their own life. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I don't think life is so hard for those children. They have 5 adults to love them and help them in their lives. Many women and men have to bring up several children as single parents, many people live together and never marry or make a commitment. Many children are brought up in homes where alcohol and drugs are the parents main concern. I am sure that it is very costly to support a family of 16 children, if this reality show helps them support their family more power to them. I don't personally believe in poligamy, but today all kinds of lifestyles are accepted. Gay , lesbian, etc. why can't we accept this life style. They all seem like pretty stable individuals to me.
