I agree that a tv serial on Mahaperiyava would definitely give wrong msgs to people who have not enjoyed his darshan or blessings.

I voted first "Yes"
After reading the comments, I realize that, it is highly impossible in today's world to find someone who will be able to produce one such TV program without any self modification.
I would prfer not to do such mistakes.

Mahaperiyaval can not be understood by average persons like we are. He was Easwaran (or Ambal one may say) incarnate. I do not think even his own immediate sishyas understood him, because he was a Maharishi. Doing TV serial on him would be only give a wrong picture about him. The serial makers will add own imagination and twist the truth to make it janaranchkam. I have watched the serials of Saibaba, Ragavendra swami, and even Ramayana etc. They definitely show the those mahans in poor light. Saibaba serials are just terrible. After seeing Ramayana and Mahabharata one will have no respect at all for Rama and Krishna.
I strongly suggest that NO TV SERIALS on Periyaval. Let the parents tell about Periyaval to their children and connect them to the satsang by attending various functions held in the city and visting kanchipuram etc.
