What do you do to keep your home in tip-top shape?

Clean it constantly: there's never dust on any surface nor streaks on my glass.

Make sure things are picked up around the house. At least it LOOKS clean...

I immediately take action on things that need minor repairs, be it a leak, a crack, or something that needs patching.

My home is rarely in tip-top shape. I clean/straighten/repair only when I expect company.
