What is most important to you when buying a home? (Assume the price is the same regardless)

Looks like you've done a great job selecting important items. My opinion: It's important to have sufficient indoor space but more is, well, more and that means more to furnish, decorate (I know you guys are really good at that but still) and keep clean! I feel the same about outdoor space. It's nice to have outdoor space to enjoy the outdoors and play, but a lot of land could take a lot of time and, possibly, money to keep up. Neighbors change so it's tricky to buy for the neighbors. Sidewalks are high priority to me. Walking to stores would be great but not a deal breaker (could be limiting yourself too much with that one). Good luck!
