What do you think about the story of this nurse?

She deserved to lose her job and license, her mistake was irreparable.

Disciplinary action was definitely appropriate, however the hospital took it to the extreme.

She made a grave mistake, but given her excellent record and evaluations, she hardly deserved what happened.

geez,.. too tough of a situation to really know.
