Professional societies (eg. American Congress of OB/GYN, American Academy of Family Physicians etc.).
State medical boards.
Institute of Medicine.
Key opinion leaders and social media in medicine researchers (via articles published in peer reviewed journals)
Specific guidelines are not needed if physicians adhere to HIPAA guidelines and indicate their social media content is not medical advice and that they do not represent any entity but themselves.
